Board of Pilotage Commissioners Tug Escort Rulemaking

The Board of Pilotage Commissioners, in consultation with the Washington State Department of Ecology, announced a rulemaking to amend the Washington administrative code, chapter 363-116, pilotage rules. This rulemaking is part of a package of efforts passed by the Legislature to reduce the risk of oil spills and to protect Southern Resident orcas.
