New Research Shows Orcas Have Been Trying to Feed People

Wild orcas on more than thirty occasions in four oceans have attempted to share their prey with people, potentially to develop relationships with humans. According to a paper reporting the behavior in the Journal of Comparative Psychology, in each of these instances, orcas approached a person, dropped freshly hunted prey in front of them, then waited for a response.
