‘Welcome the Orcas’ Event Celebrates the Seasonal Return of Southern Residents

The Whale Trail is hosting an event on December 10 at 7 p.m. to celebrate the return of Southern Residents orcas and to discuss the new boater law, why it matters for the whales, and how boaters can comply with it.
